On August 1, 2026, Glotrans Da Nang had the honor of participating in the 2nd Da Nang Business Connecting Day – 2026, organized by the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association at Muong Thanh Grand Quang Nam Hotel. The event featured more than 50 exhibition booths, with the participation of leaders from government agencies, the business community, and regional partners, creating a dynamic and valuable networking environment.
At the event, Glotrans Da Nang introduced to visitors and enterprises its comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions, including international sea and air freight, customs clearance, domestic transportation, warehousing, and integrated logistics services.
Beyond brand promotion, the program provided valuable opportunities for the Glotrans team to meet and engage directly with businesses across various industries, understand customers’ practical needs, and build sustainable partnerships for the future.

Company T (Plaintiff – the Insured) entered into an insurance contract with Company B (Defendant – the Insurer). After the insured event occurred, the Insurer alleged that the Insured had violated its obligation to prevent and mitigate losses. The Arbitral Tribunal acknowledged that such an obligation exists but concluded that the Insured did not breach it.
Under the insurance contract, the premium was to be paid in three installments, and in all three, the insured party was late in payment. When a dispute arose, the insurer (Defendant) argued that the insurance contract had terminated before the insured event occurred due to the late premium payment and therefore refused to make an insurance payout. However, the Arbitral Tribunal held a contrary view.
