On December 29, 2020, Glotrans Hai Phong held a certificate awarding ceremony for the interns who completed the internship program in the position of Sales Staff at Glotrans Hai Phong branch.
2 months of internship at Glotrans Hai Phong was just right amount of time for interns to have the opportunity to learn, be trained and gain the most practical experience in Logistics field. Under the right direction from the Board of Directors, the Steering Committee of the Internship Program, along with the efforts and enthusiasm of all the managers, the instructors, and the extreme assiduousness of all the trainees participated in the course, until today, they have successfully completed the internship program.
After the internship at Glotrans Hai Phong, Glotrans Hai Phong was very pleased to welcome a new member Ms. Tran Thi Nhung has continued to accompany the Glotrans family, taking another step in her career - becoming a salesperson of Glotrans Hai Phong. Those achievements are very positive and encouraging results of the "Recruiting and Training Project" which has been strongly deployed by Glotrans in recent times.

The shipment of food additives was transported in container No. FCIU3301688 (20’), under B/L MPRSMUM1806, on the voyage from Nhavasheva Port (India) to Dinh Vu Port (Hai Phong, Vietnam) on 29/04/2017.
Company T (Plaintiff – the Insured) entered into an insurance contract with Company B (Defendant – the Insurer). After the insured event occurred, the Insurer alleged that the Insured had violated its obligation to prevent and mitigate losses. The Arbitral Tribunal acknowledged that such an obligation exists but concluded that the Insured did not breach it.
Under the insurance contract, the premium was to be paid in three installments, and in all three, the insured party was late in payment. When a dispute arose, the insurer (Defendant) argued that the insurance contract had terminated before the insured event occurred due to the late premium payment and therefore refused to make an insurance payout. However, the Arbitral Tribunal held a contrary view.
