GLOTRANS HCM PARTICIPATES IN THE 2024 JOB FAIR & ENTERPRISE CONNECTION DAY AT FPT UNIVERSITY CANTHO

On the morning of November 2, 2024, in response to an invitation from the Board of Directors of FPT University Can Tho, Glotrans HCM joined the 2024 Job Fair and Enterprise Connection Day to network with the university’s leaders and interact with the attending students.

As highlighted in the 6th Central Resolution of the XI Party Congress: "Strengthening the link between scientific and technological organizations and enterprises in implementing applied research, technological innovation, and workforce training" is essential. Enterprises serve as key employment providers and offer students opportunities to "learn by doing." They provide an ideal environment for students to familiarize themselves with work settings and apply the knowledge acquired in school.

Recognizing the importance of corporate social responsibility, Glotrans HCM has consistently conducted internship training programs over the years. Participating in the FPT University Can Tho Job Fair is an opportunity for Glotrans HCM to connect more closely with the university and understand its needs and expectations. Glotrans HCM hopes that the insights gained from the OJT (On-the-Job Training) interviews with students will serve as valuable guidance for their future career paths.

As part of the event, Mr. Truong Thai Huy, Regional Development Director, represented Glotrans HCM in signing an MOU with FPT University Can Tho to collaborate in providing internship opportunities for the university's students within the business environment.

Glotrans HCM hopes to engage in further partnerships with universities and colleges, contributing to the development of a high-quality workforce for Vietnam’s logistics industry.
