Chief accountant

* Job description
- Implement and maintain accounting information systems.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial plans and submit them to the Board of Directors and Board of Directors. Organize the implementation to ensure the safety and efficiency of capital resources in the enterprise.
- Make monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.
- Working with tax officials.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide documents and accounting information as required.
- Manage staff of the accounting department.
- Cash management, cash flow forecasting including sales cataloging, cash balance, weekly cash usage report.
- Responsible for the ledger, the account balance sheet to compare with the monthly report.
- Prepare financial statements including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and quarterly budget estimates.
- Liaising with banks, performing credit and import-export documents.
- Analyze and check year-end data
- Compare actual costs and estimated costs, analyze differences.
- Synthesize classified information into accounting reports to meet the requirements of decision makers.
- Provide data to the Board of Directors or functional units when required.
- Complete reports as required by the Board of Directors of the Company.

* Eligibility conditions
- Graduated from University with a major in Finance and Accounting, with a Certificate of Chief Accountant.
- At least 5 years of experience in the position of chief accountant or in charge of accounting, including management experience. Experience working in a forwarding company is an advantage.
- Experience and knowledge in the field of Finance, Tax Accounting, Production cost.
- Understanding of Vietnamese accounting system.
- Understanding tax laws, accounting laws and the State's circulars and decrees on accounting.
- Ability to work in a team and manage a team, flexibility, ability to work in different environments and under work pressure.
- Proficient in accounting software and office computers.
- Good communication skills, ability to organize, manage and deploy work.
- Honesty, carefulness, enthusiasm, initiative and responsibility.
