* Job description
• Recruit:
- Participating in receiving recruitment needs of departments in the Company, making recruitment plans, coordinating and organizing the implementation of those plans.
- Propose plans to attract personnel and solutions to improve recruitment quality
- Conduct job search for candidates, screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Build database of potential candidates, manage company recruitment channels
- Directly work with recruitment service providers to serve recruitment.
- Carrying out the reception of new employees such as: Informing new personnel, updating information related to the integration and probationary process of employees.
- Analyze and design periodic jobs to make job descriptions
- Consulting, supporting the heads of departments and setting up human resources for the whole company
- Directly participate in the process of interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Planning and implementing the succession team program; personnel records management
- Perform other tasks as assigned and directed by the direct management level and the Board of Directors

• C&B (responsible for employees' salaries and benefits)
- Perform time attendance for employees at the company's office daily, monitor employees' days off, working time, summarize and make timesheets for accurate salary calculation
- In charge of calculating monthly salaries, bonuses, allowances and benefits for employees of the whole company and ensure that the payment of employees' salaries is done effectively, in accordance with the company's regulations and policies to ensure rights legitimate interests of employees
- Income management and PIT finalization for employees
- Update, manage and calculate remaining leave according to employees' regulations
- Make HR reports to the authorities (Regular reports on employment of foreign workers ...)
- Declare social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance for employees of the Company
- Monitor and resolve issues related to the insurance regime according to the Law on Social Insurance
- Other administrative work:
- Organize and support to organize internal events: monthly employee birthday, company birthday, Year-end party, Team Building, ...
- Decide the work and work expenses for the company's employees
- Plan and execute the succession team program

* Eligibility conditions
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in the position of Recruiter
- Ability to travel, communicate with organizations and individuals
- Ability to recognize, evaluate people, organize and run work
- Resistant to high pressure at work
- Clear working view, enthusiastic and responsible work
- Good computer skills
- Good conversational English
